Warranty Information
SPARTA EVOLUTION, a Washington corporation warrants to the original purchaser of this product that the product will be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of the original purchase (the “Warranty Period”). If this product fails within the Warranty Period due to manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials, SPARTA EVOLUTION will, upon its confirmation of such defects, at its sole option and as the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy, repair or replace such defective product. The purchaser must contact the SPARTA EVOLUTION customer service department and provide a description of the defective product, including digital pictures if requested, along with the original purchase documentation as validation of warranty coverage. Defective products must be returned to SPARTA EVOLUTION with all shipping charges prepaid. All shipping charges associated with returning the defective products to SPARTA EVOLUTION shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please note, caliper coating and anodization color fading is not under warranty if any chemicals are used on the caliper body. When cleaning the vehicle, please take caution to clean the calipers by only utilizing warm water. DO NOT USE ANY CHEMICALS. Caliper color discoloration due to heat cycling under race use is not approved under warranty. Caliper anodization and coating is only warrantied for a six (6) months period of time while manufacturing defects minus caliper coating and anodization are under warranty for twelve (12) months. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OR APPLY TO: (a) any damage to the product due to misuse, mishandling or abuse or resulting from a car accident; (b) products not used in accordance with SPARTA EVOLUTION’S instructions or recommendations; (c) products that were installed by someone other than an installer authorized by SPARTA EVOLUTION to install the products; (d) normal wear and tear and/or problems linked to comfort or the presence of noise, vibrations or harsh riding characteristics; (e) products that were damaged in transit to the purchaser; (f) any products that have been customized (including, without limitation, by painting or powder coating); or (g) any products (including, without limitation, any accessory parts, components, supplies or other products that may be included as part of or otherwise packaged with the products) manufactured by any third party. This limited warranty is non-transferrable none of SPARTA EVOLUTION’S agents or distributors are authorized to provide any further guarantees or warranties other than those expressly provided for in this limited warranty.
