BE Bearings have worked with ARP to design bearings that are designed to ensure minimal rod big end bore distortion and stays within ARP's torque specification. This ensures more even, accurate pressure which prevents failure from excessive friction and heat.
Specifications:
- Composition: ARP2000®
- Yield strength: 200,000 PSI
- Tensile strength: 220,000 PSI
- Torque specification: 50 Ft/Lbs, or 0.0065-0.0070 inch stretch
- Designed to address and fix the rod bearing clearance issue.
- Designed for use with factory 10W60 weight oils.
- Increases oil flow.
- Improves lubrication for "Start-Stop" vehicles over factory bearings.
