BMW's S55 motor is a modern marvel but one weakness we've identified is the boost tubes or charge pipes that connect the turbochargers to the intercooler. Made of thin plastic these factory parts are prone to snapping apart where the flange meets the tube, splitting along the length, and/or slipping out of their intercooler couplers.
The BMS S55 replacement charge pipes are made from lightweight heavy-duty automotive silicone. They are gloss black to match the engine bay and come with heavy-duty CNC machined aluminum inlet couplers. Includes all hardware required for the installation.
