ZNM Performance had the OE part in stock to replace the original in my 2004 BMW 330ci coupe at a good price. I'm a DIY original owner of the car and like to do as much as i can on it. The REIN part was not available at several other suppliers and the price was right so I gave ZNM a try. The tracking information was informative so I pulled the old resistor out in anticipation of receiving the part the next day. When it arrived the old and new looked a bit different but compatible however, the new one would not go into place for me. I contacted Mathew at customer support and he was VERY helpful. He enabled me to validate that even though the part number was blacked out on the part's label, it was in fact the REIN part for my car. Since I could not get it installed, he encouraged me to take measurements of the new and old parts to compare them; take pictures and send them to him. He could have another REIN part to ZNM several days later for comparison. He thoroughly answered my questions about the warranty process and I told him I would advise him if I were able to obtain another locally. I recorded dimensions with my micrometer and phone camera and sent them to Mathew. The following day, Saturday, I tried to install the part again and had success. I was quite pleased and texted Mathew to thank and inform him of the results. (Fortunately, there were no additional charges for psychological services rendered by Mathew.) I would recommend ZNM as a parts source and applaud Mathew's knowledge and exemplary Customer Support.
