Warranty & Returns

At ZNM Performance, we built a solid foundation solely based on reliability. We have tirelessly bonded formidable relationships with supply chains to ensure we only offer top quality products. ZNM believes so much in this quality, that we stand behind every single part we sell with a lifetime warranty that includes a hassle free return process. Regardless of the age, mileage or condition of the part, it can be returned to us at any point throughout ownership of your vehicle for a full refund. All you do is cover the return shipping. 

 

  1. Purchase one or more of our quality parts.

  2. Not happy with the part? Has the part failed? Don't like the way the part looks at you? Contact us and obtain a return form. No need to fill out the form, just place it in the box.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. It's advised to utilize insurance with the shipping carrier you choose to transport the parts back to us. 

  4. We will inspect the returned parts. Please note, we only accept parts returned by the original purchaser. Our Lifetime Warranty Program is non-transferrable. If you sell your vehicle to another party, the Lifetime Warranty is not applicable to the new owner. Please do not send back parts that were not purchased from us. There are a number of unique identifiers on a majority of parts that enables us to know its a part we sold.

  5. All parts returned MUST be accompanied in the original manufactures box/packaging you received the part in. Please place the original manufacture's box within another box. Do not send back any parts in the manufacturer's box simply accompanied with a tracking label. If we do receive the part in just the manufacturer's box, the warranty claim will be denied and you will be responsible for return shipping back to you. Likewise, if we receive a part not in the original manufacture's box, the warranty claim will be denied.

  6. All pre assembled kit's MUST be returned in its entirety. ZNM assembled kits may be returned as individual parts. Example : You purchase a KW Coilover kit from us. Our Lifetime Warranty does supersede any warranty that KW may offer, but if for any reason one strut needs to be placed under our Lifetime Warranty Program, the entire KW Coilover kit must be returned to us. The entire kit in this scenario is defined as both front struts, rear shocks, springs, perches and any hardware.

  7. All new, unopened or unused parts will be issued a full credit in the first 90 days. After 90 days, we will issue a non-expiring credit to use with us. We would love to be able to issue a refund directly to your original purchase method, however due to credit card limitations beyond our control, we can only refund the original payment method up to and including 90 days from the original purchase date. 

  8. If you'd like to execute a Lifetime Warranty return, first purchase the replacement part from us. Upon receiving the replacement part, send back the original part purchased from us accompanied with the return form. Within 24-48 business hours of us receiving your part, we will issue a refund. The same 90 day refund process from step 7 applies to warranty returns. 

  9. All core returns MUST be returned in the original box within another box when sending back to us. All fluid must be drained and the items must be placed in a plastic bag or wrap before being placed in the original box. Once we receive the core and determine it meets core-criteria, we will issue the core credit within 48 business hours.
